SERVICES & PRICING
CHECKUP
$25.00 flat rate. This is a general, low-level inspection of the computer's hardware and software; problems are identified and solutions are offered for performance improvement. This fee may apply toward more intensive repairs.
WIPE IT
$50.00 flat rate. The best option when you're donating used equipment, giving the machine to a friend or simply want everything erased and non-recoverable from the hard drive. This option is irreparable; everything is completely erased.
TUNE UP
$125.00 flat rate. This is the best level of computer diagnostics and repair. Problems from viruses and malware/spyware are resolved, system settings are optimized and the operating system's files are restored as necessary to resume complete functionality with considerable performance improvement.
REINSTALL
$75.00 flat rate. This is the easiest method for returning your computer to operational like when it was originally purchased. We'll backup and reinstall your important documents and photos; non-system programs like malware and spyware are removed. A valid Windows version (already on your computer) is required for this procedure.
HARDWARE
These upgrades are performed on a per-machine basis and typically include adding memory (RAM) for faster operations, upgrading hard drives (HDDs) for more file storage and/or adding peripherals, such as a printer or scanner. We'll recommend, order, install and configure all the components for you.
